implant dentistry
your solution for missing teeth
what are dental implants?
Dental implants are titanium cylinders that are surgically placed in the jawbone of where your missing tooth was rooted. In a period of a few weeks, the cylinder bonds with the bone creating a strong foundation for the next step. Posts are attached to the implant upon which the artificial teeth are permanently placed. Dental implants provide outstanding results and support replacement for one tooth, several teeth or full mouth restoration.
When do I consider Dental Implants?
If you have missing or compromised teeth, it is important to provide a solution as soon as possible as replacing missing teeth is essential to maintaining bone in your jaw. Over time, with decreased use, the jaw bone disintegrates until it becomes difficult to place implants.
TeethXpress
(all-on-four Implants)
Alternative solutions for loose or partial dentures.
During the procedure, 4 to 6 implants are placed into the jaw with abutment posts. A full upper and/or lower arch are then attached to the posts by our certified TeethXpress provider.
Multiple Implants
It not uncommon for patients to have more than one tooth missing and still have healthy gums surrounding their teeth.
Two abutment posts are placed, and the porcelain crown is then attached on top.
Single Tooth Implants
A single tooth missing due to gum disease or an accident is common.
A small titanium post will be placed, and a customized porcelain crown will be attached on top to imitate a natural-looking tooth.

Are there differences in Dental Implants?
Yes, there is a difference in dental implants restoration. Here are some points to keep in mind when getting dental implant treatments done:
- the number of appointments needed
- requirement for second location on surgery procedures
- safety levels of the procedure
- comfort level of treatment
- recovery time
- types of materials used
- lifetime of the implant and the overall feel and look of the dental implant.
