Terms and conditions apply of course… so here is all of the fun fine print. The TL;DR version – you have until on or around December 1st to refer as many friends and family members you can to Advanced DDS. They get top-quality dental care… you get more raffle entries. It’s a win-win-win!
*Patient referrals include new patients who visit Advanced DDS based on the recommendation of a friend and/or family member. To qualify, new patients must complete their initial visit to Advanced DDS and be 18 years or older. **Winner will be chosen via random raffle conducted on or around December 1st, 2021. All raffle entries will be entered based upon number of successful patient referrals to Advanced DDS. This prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash and/or other prizes. Winners must accept prize within seven (7) days of being contacted by Advanced DDS. The individual make and model of prize television will vary depending upon availability.
